|Recommended: YesFirst glance — Was referred by a tenant and it is very nice clean and upscale. Close distance to a lot of eating, shopping and grocery. Everyone was professional, courteous knowledgeable when greeting and handling my lease. Love the look, amenities and comfort of the place

|Recommended: YesThis is a great place to live. It is well maintained. Maintenance staff are very responsive to any issue that may come up although they are very few. They change AC filters like clockwork. The grounds and general areas are so clean. Such a relaxing place The office staff are friendly and always greet residents. Great amenities

|Recommended: YesI've only lived at Wheatfield Village for a short while, but it's been a very positive experience so far. The application and approval process was easy and straightforward. Communication is prompt and polite, and Henry and Amy are always professional and super friendly. The building doors and outdoor gates are all controlled access and residents can opt for assigned covered parking, so you can have peace of mind when it comes to security for your unit and your car. All of the appliances are brand new and were tested during installation. I had a small issue with my washing machine when I went to use it for the first time, but maintenance came to my unit in a matter of minutes and fixed the problem right away. It's a great place to be if you work a demanding job and want to come home to a stress-free environment. I know I'm in good hands here.

|Recommended: YesThis place is awesome — I gotta say that living here in Topeka is an absolute oasis From the luxurious feeling to the spacious living area. The place even smells amazing It is legit awesome to come home after work and just relax in a place designed for community socializing and relaxing. I love this place and don't see myself leaving anytime soon
