|Recommended: YesApartment 232 review — Everything has been so great hear I love the apartment and everyone has been so nice. Maddie did put in a work order for the top of my cabinet because it is hanging together with tape and that hasn’t been looked at yet but everything else has been wonderful

|Recommended: YesReview — the only issue is people leaving a huge mess from their pets in the bark park and not cleaning their animals poop. the bags and trash cans are right there and it is a distraction for our puppy

We do provide waste bags and trash cans on-site, and we will continue reminding residents of the importance of cleaning up after their pets, so the space remains clean and enjoyable for everyone especially our four-legged residents! |Recommended: YesPerfect Place in Topeka — I came to Topeka, as a Washburn Law Student after being exposed to black toxic mold at a different apartment complex I feel safe and I can breathe here. The prices of these apartments are on the costly side, but you can't place a price on your health. I have a one bedroom with 1.5 bath. I love the free coffee, swimming pool, pool table, conference study rooms, security, and the special events that the complex puts on for their residents. I perfect place, there is no place like home People here are nice and thank to the Wheatfield Village staff and management team, I feel safe. So much to offer.

|Recommended: YesResort Living — Our family was here this weekend adult children, spouses, and 7 grandchildren of all ages They stayed in the guest apartment and at the hotel next door. The accommodations worked out great and there was something for everyone to enjoy outdoor PingPong, bike riding bring your own bikes on the Shunga Trail, Corn Hole, a heated salt water pool, Big screen TV for the basketball tournament, nightly s’mores at the fire pit, ‘Urban Exploration’ exploring Shunga Creek , and workouts in a first class fitness room. And then….we ran out of time. BUT, I am sure they will all return often. What great memories we will be making during our time at Wheatfield Village Apartments. Beautiful. Well designed. Well maintained. Friendly residents. Way to go, Maddy, Sierra, Doug, and Justin. Thank you for all that you do.

The gym is top-notch, and the coffee every morning adds a nice touch to the daily routine. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you'd need, making it incredibly convenient. Plus, the apartment is kid-friendly and well-maintained, with modern facilities that really enhance the living experience. The parking garage is a huge plus—secure, clean, and always well-kept, which adds peace of mind. While the apartment may feel a bit lugubrious, it's hard to complain about the overall experience when everything else is so great. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and the maintenance team are always putting the residents first. I will keep this on the top of my list

|Recommended: YesComfortable, safe apartments in Topeka — Wheatfield Village is a great place to live It is comfortable and safe, with easy access to your apartment through the parking garage. The fitness studio and pool are wonderful, clean and have everything you need. The staff at Wheatfield are friendly, extremely helpful and always planning fun events for the residents. The maintenance staff are quick and efficient.
Downsides rent is expensive and the building is not constructed as well as it should be for what you pay. You can hear other residents at times, especially doors slamming. I also wish the hallways were cleaned more often. Dog hair and other trash linger for weeks.

|Recommended: YesBetter than expected — I was very hesitant in considering apartment life. This is different. It’s hard to call it an apartment. Staff is friendly. Complex is well run. T definitely feels like resort living.
